Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MangoAds website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging MangoAds, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

MangoAds provides premium digital solutions including website development, website management, SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and social media services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work.

Each project begins with a written proposal outlining objectives, deliverables, and commercial terms. Work commences only upon mutual agreement. Any changes to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may affect timelines and fees.

To deliver our best work, we rely on timely collaboration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information, materials, and approvals when required.
• Designate a point of contact authorised to make decisions.
• Ensure that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights.

Fees are set out in the applicable proposal and are payable according to the agreed schedule. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period specified on each invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services until balances are settled.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to your organisation, except for any third-party assets, pre-existing materials, or proprietary tools and frameworks that remain the property of MangoAds or their respective licensors.

MangoAds reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation continues beyond the completion of the project and protects business strategies, data, and proprietary materials disclosed in the course of our work together.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MangoAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the effective termination date. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Vietnamese law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
